What is your Shipping Policy?
3 Calculated Shipping Rates that are Based on Weight:
- USPS for most basic/standard 5-7 business day shipping
- UPS for 3-5 business days
- UPS for overnight shipping
- Free shipping over $150
- Pricing for all options will vary by weight and destination.
- Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will be sent via US Mail.
- DL NYC does not ship on weekends or holidays.
- All carrier delivery date options are for weekdays and non-holidays unless otherwise noted.
- Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not be available.
Please provide a secure shipping address to receive deliveries. UPS and USPS policy is to leave packages if receiver is not present. DL NYC is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
We only offer Domestic Shipping at this time!
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once the items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your order.
What is your return policy?
We happily accept returns on all US orders intiated within 21 days of receipt.
All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition. Please include tags and original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on “FINAL SALE” items.
We do not offer free returns at this time. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Once your return request is approved, you will be sent a return label, the cost of that label comeds from your total refund amount. Once items are receieved, you will be refunded to the payment used at purchase.
How do I make a return?
There are three ways to make a return:
- Scan the QR code on your packing slip and follow the prompts
- Click "Make A Return" at the bottom of our website
- Visit daughterlessonsnyc.com/pages/return-request – where you will be able to input the order number and email
to select a return method
Once your request for a return is approved, you will be sent instructions on how to send your items. Once items are recieved, you will be refunded to the payment used at purchase.

Can I make an exchange?
Yes! See instructions on "How To Make A Return". Then select "Make An Exchange" as your return method.
We do not offer free exchanges at this time. Once your request for an exchange is approved, you will be sent instructions on where to send your exchange. Once we receive the original items, your new items will be sent out!
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
We will try our very best to help in any way possible before the order is shipped! We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is out. You can, however, always return your items to us for credit or a full refund within 21 days of receipt. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
How do I wash my DL items?
All performance knits are machine washed, cold, with like colors. Lay flat or tumble dry low.
The Twenty-Four Seven Blazer is DRY CLEAN ONLY.

Do you offer gift cards?

I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.
All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. However, you can email email@example.com to see if the style/size will be available soon.
